How much Struture will Cabals have, will there be different ranks of officers? a Cabal bank ot a Manufatoring area for the cabals members?
How will the Gathering and Manufactoring work will there be farms for food and herbs and salvaging?
Is there any bounty system for pvp ?
I'm guessing there are many cabals for each of the big 3 factions, will there be infighting against each of the cabals to obtain power in that 1 faction and will we be able to send spies to infiltrate other cabals n same faction also other faction?
So far i'm liking the scarce info i am seeing, alot of hype but Funcom are not promising too much which is good, Something to look forward too after so many failed MMO's that have come out in the last year or 2.
Have you considered making fewer Monsters, but more important encounters? Rather than having a player need to mow through thousand of lesser creatures to level, perhaps having very large and important fights where it would only take perhaps a dozen to level? This would give the player a sense of epic battle with an important creature, rather than the bloodbath of a thousand unimportant fights.
What is with the symbol underneath enemies in the trailer. I thought this game was based on twitch combat and aim instead of tabbing?
Ever think of including a survival/horde mode a la Gears of War 2? I think it could work for this kind of game.
"mode" that's the word I really wanted to quote. "Mode". Perhaps "place" would be a better word. A survival type place or quest(s). Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what this game is suppose to be. It's not going to be a game that's like instanced versus shooting game is it? e.g like global agenda, not bashing, I'm just not into it. 40vs40 is old news, I want a massive world. What I'm really asking is it an open world, purely instanced, or 50/50?
And following up to the comment above about affecting the world, will you be able to play as monsters? Good v. Evil? Etc. And will the collective efforts change the world. Second question, will there be player created content?
YES heh, sorry for double post. Will we be able to be monsters, or control things we summon with our evil secret society demonolgy death book spells?
And a statement, heh good vs evil huh? If this game really is about secret societies then all the factions should really be questionably good evil, and secretly evil, or secretly good with the shadow of all secret societies over a secretly good ones. This would reflect our real lives and the secret societies that probably exist in the RL world.
How many broken promises will be there this time? Is this game going to be as disappointng as AoC? Why are you still keeping Erling "fat lying pig" Erlingsem among you?
Funcom has done the initial hype-building with mysteries and puzzles - intellectually stimulating material. Will the game itself have any sort of mechanics that's supposed to be intellectually engaging and challenging like this, or are we going to have the usual MMO mechanics where the only part you can utilize your intelligence is number-crunching?
Namely, will it be your usual combat, crafting and character customization, or will there be a place for any sort of detective work?
Great question. I think this really eneds to be asked.

I may have missed it somewhere, but i would really like to know more about the crafting system. What can we craft and how will the resources be gained? Also, how in depth will the crafting system be? May be a bit early for this information, but I would love to see a deep crafting system in a game like this.
1. Will this game release on the 360? It is slated to as per the site, but I am wanting to ensure that a. it will and b. that 360&pc players are on the same server.
2. I noticed in a previous interview that the game will not be FPS twitch but have a twitch element. Are there still going to be "hot bars" or is the AoC combat mechanic going to be more prevelent in this game?
Have you learned from your previous mmo launches in regards to scope, promise, and delivery, and how do you anticipate The Secret World to be accepted by the community?
1. I am very group/guild focused, will there be more content and focus on guild/community? I feel this a very important setting. Guilds and community is very important to make people stay in the game.
2. How will items be handled. Will we be able to gather lots and lots of different gear and store it for later use like in anarchy online? Or extremely limited like Age of Conan? Please compare TSW with these 2 games.
3. WIll we see advanced tradeskilling, much like Anarchy Online? Or simplified and easy like Age of Conan. Please compare TSW with these 2 games.
if there is more open world PvP, will it take place more in the normal world? What I mean is, if you are walking around a city for instance, gathering for crafting, or somehow doing other things to raise skills, will one have to try and blend into the NPC crowd to avoid other PC's? It would be a really cool mechanic if only people of your faction could recognize you and see you name above your head or what not. People that run everywhere or jump and do idiot things would be easy to spot and engage. It would be cool to need street clothes that enable you to look like a NPC to avoid PvP fights if desired. Obviously you would have to learn to act like a PC if you are in a risky area.
My question is: If someone types alot, then they are a typist. If a person person judges people based on gender, they are a sexist. So, the question is... if someone has alot of friends, does that mean they are a socialist?

How fast is character progression going to be? Is this going to be a game I can play for many months -- even years, or will it be a game I master in 6 weeks and hit the unsubscribe button on?

I second that question ^
Furthermore..Will TSW flop horribly like AoC and AO did?
Although it's PvE (except for a special PvP), we will apparantly be able to assault the main headquarters of the other factions. How is this mechnic going to work exactly? (Cause it sounds like heaps of fun!)
I'm also interested in the answer to Silverfurr's question about pet system (will there be one, what roles do pets play, and how will they work?).
Thank you

So the pictures shown leave you guessing what the game is all about. A little more information please rather than just pictures.

well, will funcom improve their communication with their customers or will funcom produce again a scam product?
Great question. I think this really eneds to be asked.

Crappy, petty people breed and raise crappy, petty kids.
yes
Are we looking at resource management, and those resources being scarce in this world?
Will there be classes, or will we be able to select the abilities and spells we want to mix and match?
The world itself, will it be seamless; meaning that there will be minimal amount of loading in-between zones or no loading at all?
What will be the impact of PVP on the game; will there be forced participation of PVP?
How fast is character progression going to be? Is this going to be a game I can play for many months -- even years, or will it be a game I master in 6 weeks and hit the unsubscribe button on?
