Edit: Also, this week's comic made me chuckle as I've posted far too much in a certain forum so this comic is kinda like deja vu.

Dude you need to fire yourself for putting out a comic that is neither funny nor insightful. I thought you would have figured this out when the last one blew chunks. Find a differant line of work. Noticed there were lots of suck up responses, really, do you guys say yes to everything?

I didn't like the previous comic, but this one is better. I'm sure it takes a while to get the feel for it. It's not Calvin and Hobbes, but at least it is past Nancy and Sluggo.

Like I said on the STO forums, they could put a phaser that shot out rainbow beams in the C-store and everyone would be saying what great of a job they did adding to the game and continue to stroke their ego.

Were you born an uncooth self-centered prick or did you have to work at it? Really, is there any possible reason to act so superior when you have done nothing yourself to lend your opinion any value? Perhaps you just aren't intelligent enough to 'get' the joke. This is the man's second strip and he manages to bash Cryptic and their game STO, in a funny way, with just two panels. The Simpsons didn't start out as comedy gold, but instead evolved over time into the witty and clever show that it is. Some of us can recognize potential and give encouragement based on what the comic does right rather than belittling it just to stroke their own imaginary epeen. You sir need to grow the fuck up.
And to the mods. I understand that my post isn't exactly as polite as it could be, but isn't this kind of non-sense calling out to be met with the kind of scorn it deserves? Sometimes you have to look beyond the letter of the law to the underlying cause of the situation. Just because this guy might be quick to hit the report button doesn't mean that my response is unwarranted.
Hmmm Hellfire, isn't the internet also that place where people with no life troll, insult and whine all the time because they are cowards in real life and need a place to hide in order to feel secure?
To those who like it... thanks! I hope they keep getting better. Those who don't? That's cool too. Jon and I have fun doing them, and I'm not claiming to be Wil Eisner here. If it ain't your cup of tea, I won't be offended. Keep the constructive criticism coming. It's much appreciated.

It still needs to be the fanbois and the hater in my opinion, however in this situation I'm cheering for the troll. Item shops suck and those that use them are fools ... FACT!

That is not a fact its an opinion...and individual opinions, tastes and preferences can not be passed as facts.
Which is ironically, a fact itself.
In regards to OPS cartoon, I love it. I hope that he will do more than have the obvious happen (blissful glee/apathetic skepticism) reactions to every gaming convention.
It may be interesting to see them deal with outsiders, for instance the two of them meet a 'girl'. Naturally, fanboi thinks she is awesome and full of win and troll thinks its really a dude using a voice changer and someone elses pics, and to 'expose' her he plans to make her fall in love with him just to do so. Naturally, a conflict ensues as the two compete for their lady (and troll while maintaining his disbelief will still secretly be attracted to her anyway).
WOAH FAR OUT, it makes no sense at all!
