LF duo co-op action oriented rpg online/offline game

long story short

I started playing castlevania POR all of a sudden and I told my friend you could control the second character with the cursor and we ended up completing the game overnight.

now I'm looking for somethign similar co-op mmorpg game it doesn't have to be a mmorpg but as long as u can play a minimum of 2 players.  and don't give me like "go play wow, form a party with a healer and tank"

I'm looking for a duo co-op oriented preferably RPG game. RE5 is already on our list but we need more games. if a game is played with more than 2 players its okay as long as it has any kind of "co-op mechanic" cuz this is what this thread is about.

    I know this will piss you off but go play aion and form a group ;)

    It is the best game you can play co-op with 2 ppl.I have a friend playing it and we started hanging around and it really rules.

    You find a rift to another factions place and you start living there with your friend and hiding in different places.Survival makes you feel good and it is better than alot of mmos out there about co-op and pvp(Nothing can beat warhammer..no -.-)

    thats pretty much what u just told me, its unrelated to the topic. I don't think you even read what I said in my first post.

    Tho, More FPS then RPG, Boderlands is a good CO-OP game, with up to four players.

    Borderlands is a lot of fun.  Just picked it up and playing with 2 other friends.


    • Call of Duty - World at War

    • Red Dead Redemption (May 11) the online free roam part

    • Lost Planet 2 (May 11)

    Not sure of how much RPG are in the three above, but have plenty of action.

    Well yeah it is only wow instead of aion so it pretty bit the same.Im really sry for trying to help you

    I asked for this before and no one gave me a proper answer either.  I guess you could try Neverwinter Nights, Dungeon Siege/2, Diablo II, oh and even Two Worlds has multiplayer.  Other thant that it seems there's a great lack of multiplayer type RPGs out there unless you play an MMORPG which imo doesn't really fit the bill.

    1) Get 2 friends

    2) download a snes emulator

    3) download secret of mana rom

    4) get 3 xbox controllers (usb)

    5) play till your eyes pop out

     

    alternatively:

    buy supernes and 5 port controller extension and the secret of mana game on ebay.

     

    secret of mana is like zelda for 3 people. It's extremely fun and was the most fun i had playing an rpg with real life friends.
