Looking for something with a bounty aspect

Hey guys, I'm looking for a game that has a lot of pvp, and player politics and what not, as well as a bounty system. RvR would also be a nice feature as well. F2P is preferred.

I believe that conquer online has a bounty system, and great pvp in almost any area of the game. But as for the political side of the game I'm afraid there is none....
try face of mankind. it's like eve-online but no ships. basically everything is run by factions of people. no npc to help you out, just economy and towns run by factions (guilds). 1 faction -the mercenary faction - has the ability to accept contracts. contracts can be to assassinate people or escort bodyguard groups. all this is decided by people and factions. pretty interesting check it out.

The closest things I know are Lineage 2 and EVE Online. Not F2P, though they have free trials. Both those games have great PvP & politics (L2 might be a bit old now, I'm not sure about the state of the game and its playerbase but I had a blast in this game in years 2004-2005). Those games dont have RvR, but guild/alliance vs guild/alliance PvP systems which are way better than RvR in my opinion, because they trigger awesome politics that most RvR games totally miss.
Another game you have can have a look at is Pirate of the Burning Sea : 3-faction RvR (or even 4). It looks fun on the paper. I have never played it though.
