If you play this game, DO NOT play this games on multiple PC's. I was a 40 SMN and my character was deleted, I contacted customer service and got this reply:

Hello,

Our records indicate that your character was intentionally deleted. Our records also show evidence
of heavy account sharing, an activity that is against gPotato's policy.

Please change your password as soon as possible and please remember to keep it in a safe spot.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no easy way for us to restore characters or items. We
are hoping to get this system up and running shortly, but we ask that you reach back out to us
on this issue in a month's time.

We apologize for any inconveniences this problem has caused and we hope to hear back from you
soon.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Now I never once shared my account info with anyone! What I did do was play Allods on my gaming
PC or my Laptop, no ryme nor reason just sometimes sitting on couch is more comphy than my PC
desk.

Oh man thats pretty lame. Its funny how they have no way to restore your character, yet had no problem deleting him without proof.

It bothers me because I do the same thing as you but I go further. I play from home, work (with my laptop) and at my inlaws. So I may not be far behind.

Gpotato fucked you over! Now that's just unheard of... seriously though why would they care about your account it's not like your paying them anything. I hate fagpotato.

Still no go on getting my character restored, I am just giving up. It just pisses me off that they deleted it w/o at least a temp ban or something where I could defend myself. If I had bought items from the CS I would be extremly furious but since I didnt buy anything I might as well just drop it.

That is pretty horrific. Sorry to hear it.

Think I'll be steering clear of gpotato for good.

That doesnt affect me..and might not affect you IF you dont play f2p games that are not free. Play a good game from a good company and your money will be well spent.

Out of curiosity, do you play on the American or European servers?

I had something really similar happen.  Only, I was the one who deleted my character, just accidentally (I had 3 characters with really similar names).

The staff was really nice, and I had my character restored within a couple of days.

I play on ISA, which is a European server.  I can't imagine why the service would be so different though.

Sorry that happened to you =/

mm!i would go at it differently then the previous poster!basicly only play dev game this mean never touch a game that isnt on xfire and never play a game that isnt published by dev or their inhouse team and watchemacallit!) . i repeat only play game that the dev publish themselves like

joymax(silkroad)perfect world corp)all their various game. see what i mean that way it prevent issue of left hand not knowing what right hand do!since i started doing this no more issue with any game.(STAY AWAY FROM PUBLISHER )STAY CLOSE TO DEVLOPPER
