Alright once you guys make a character send a message to Morntic on AB

Alright this doesn't seem to be working so we need to organize a time to play together

I'm almost tempted to ask to come along but I vowed when SWG was screwed to the max that I would not contribute one more cent to Sony Online Entertainment.
Sadly thats the problem with EQ2 its way too top heavy.Thing is you can solo any class to 80 with such ease that no one bothers to even group.
As an experiment i tried a defiler(considered the hardest class to solo) with exp bonuses that permit uber exp 1-60 having extra exp bonus from having maxed chars and using collectables i was level 59 without leaving town!
So basically i did not even use the exp bonus given yet.Then i easily soloed to 80.Total play time 27 hrs of which 3 was spent running to and fro the guy you give collectables to and destroying the rewards.
Second experiment done with a warlock (much easier to solo) .No collectables used apart from once i picked up but with good knowledge of zones to hunt and dungeons i could solo.Took me about under 40 hrs gameplay .And i seen posts of people doing it much faster.So you see this is what kills the lower levels sadly.
Me and 2 friends are going to start up eq again as well if anyone wishes to play if you are interested we are just going to be createing our characters today, we have lots of free time and play quite a bit, can pm me here if you want to know our names or just reply, and I'll post them. We use vent and always group and looking to do lots of fun low level stuff.
Sorry guys that I didnt give any feedback sooner here. I could create another trial account and test it again. This time I was happy I could create my Froglok wizard and start in the Elven Lands. Unfortunately after a few levels, I just felt I was playing something too close to WoW solo pve/questing for my taste... with more classes or races choices for sure, maybe more lore, and I like that. But it didnt convince me enough. I would have really liked to enjoy it and join other players, but it didnt. Good luck though !
