Can I has content?

While I'm waiting for Rise of God Slayer to resub, I can't help but wonder why AoC, despite being out for two years has so little content compared to games like LOTRO. Whats going on Funcom, is it an Icelandic economy deal? Normaly a game like like AoC should be briming with content by now. Just look at EQ 2 and LOTRO as an example of how quickly content were delivered. So just what is Funcom's malfunction exactly?

    Huh? AoC seems to have roughly about as much content as LOTRO did when it was ~2 years old.

    Sorry, but how long has it been since you played? Whats your source in order to determine level of content in AoC? How do you compare content between the games? (PVE, PVP, Raid, Dungeons, hours played, alternat advancement etc etc.)

    I mainly PVE and there is plenty of content for me. Lots of places to explore and lots of quests.
