need help, it keeps asking me for a timecode when i try to reactivate

in Dark Age of Camelot

as topic says, im trying to reactivate my old accounts from 04, i have added my creditcard to the "billing" section, but as soon as i press activate on daoc it says OHAI YOU GOT 10 FREE DAYS!! , you can click cancel or continue there.

so ofc i press continue, then it asks me for a timecode.. i have tried everything, ive reentered my CC several times and it STILL bugs me for these fuckin timecards..

 

any ideas ?

 

yeah and i cant find where they are selling these said POS timecards either

 

its impossible to reactivate... gd mythic, i should have known it was a bad idea

    I thought you didn't have to put in a timecode? Are you sure it's required for the next step or are they just asking if you want to put one in?

    its required, cant just skip it, if i hit cancel it kicks me back to the gamelist screen, if i hit continue i get "invalid timecode"

    emailed support about it.. ffs its HARD to give them money

     

    this should be fixed asap, fuckin akward for em

    ok i found the culprit

     

    it wont accept activation with credit card if you arent a US resident, so change adress on account to read US, and voila you can register your creditcard to daoc, with the correct adress on the cc ofc

    that's messed. And you would think that their system would check to make sure you weren't a U.S. resident.

    Hmmm I think they are doing the EU migration right now to NA and combining the billing. They dropped GOA.
