Work, sleep, hit on random girls at the pub... or street... or.. well... anywhere. Go on drives to random places, read, listen to music, hang out with buddies.
I got tons of things to do other than game. I can't wait till I get a motorcycle. I doubt I'll ever be home... at least during the warm months.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
School, watch movies, go out with my wife, do my ARNG bullsh** (part-time is a lie!), play PS3, freelance IT repair, forums, etc.
Alot of people have said sleep, but it's such a waste of time so I try to only get 4-6hrs a night with the once a month 10-12hr catchup, lol. Bed at 2am, up at 6-8am usually.
Does writing misc scripts/progs for MMORPGs count as playing? Cause, I probably do that more than anything. Usually some sort of bot, but I recently found a home in Second Life. I'm thinking of starting a bot there, but it's legal and Linden Labs even provides APIs for C#!
Listening to music (course.. I do that while playing games.. haha) Learning to play guitar, writing poems, drawing/painting, being outside.. Im not a really "hardcore gamer" I only play a few hours a week. So I do A LOT of other stuff.

Another great example of Moore's Law. Give people access to that much space (developers and users alike) and they'll find uses for it that you can never imagine. "640K ought to be enough for anybody" - Bill Gates 1981
Me and my friends got bothered by not have anything to show, from all the fun things we had done in MMOs. So we dicided to make movies, without knowing anything how to do it. Three years later we still dont know shit. But we have done maybe 15 movies LOL. Everything from Star Wars fanfilms to War movies from 1632 : )
