An Action MMO like Rakion

Hey I've played quite a bit of MMORPG's over the past couple of years and I was never able to stick to one. Now when I'm looking for a new game, as I watch the gameplay trailer if I see a cursor clicking on a monster to attack I instantly close the window. I am looking for an action MMO that actually takes a bit more skill rather than whoever grinds the longest and has the best equipment. Something like Rakion but not room based. I've tried games like Savage 2 (not enough... RPG elements to it) and Dungeons and Dragons (can't pinpoint why but I just didn't enjoy it too much) without much success. Infinity is only for EU users and Dragonica has too much grinding. I've tried League of Legends but I prefer Dota more. Rakion was a really good game but I hate the fact that EVERYONE in the room has to have a stable connection before the game starts, that often gets me auto kicked. Chronicles of Spellborne looks good but my computer specs aren't enough for it. Lunia is too cute looking. I don't really like side scrolling action MMO's like Pi story or Dungeon Fighter.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Global Agenda - like Rakion without the hacks and lag issues.
Check out S4 League, the various weapon types range from general guns to healing weapons, to melee.
Is there anything more hack and slash and magic feel like Rakion or Infinity?
