I noticed this game isn't on the hype meter... any reason why??
this game looks amazing... it looks like everything that mortal online should be. it looks like it could fill the void that Ultima Online left back when it was good...

I was wondering why the game wasn't listed myself. Got invited to the beta today, was wondering why it wasn't on here.
and how is the game so far??
It randomly refuses to get past the loading screen and ingame my fps is around 7. I haven't really tried to play though because I have finals tomorrow and friday.

I didn't agree to a NDA while signing up, or after I got accepted and actually created my account. I downloaded it earlier today, the patching took a little while for me, it kept getting hung up, but I'm pretty sure the complications were on my end and stemmed form my network issues I've had the last week.
Anyways, I haven't had much time ingame yet, about 15 minutes. I'm gonna fish around for any NDA information, and if there isn't one, I'll do a writeup over the next few days or so.
When you get invited to the beta, they give you a key to invite someone else with, tho. If anyone is interested in my give-away beta key, PM me with your email address.
Edit: My buddy key is gone now. As I understand it, we'll have more to send out down the road.

When you say "looks" amazing, are you talking about actually seeing the game run, or the features list?
Cause Ive played it, or atleast I tried to, on many many occasions. I even updated ram, cpu and gpu on one of my PCs to see if it would stop running like shit.
Its just freaking terribad.
The funniest part is when patch notes are posted on the main website listing dozens of things that have been fixed, and when you log in its still buggy as shit. That and the fact that once your ingame and playing it looks like it could have been a first generation playstation game.
There is no NDA, because thats what the Devs wanted. Whether thats a good thing or not I dont know, but this game is a million light years away from releasing and surviving in todays world of MMOs.
A UO void filler it is not.
