would u buy? MMORPG Replicas, Health Potions, Scrolls, Gold Coins etc..
I am interested in seeing how many people would buy these products if my company were to produce them.
We will be selling Replica Health, Mana, Poison potions like you see in typical MMORPG and CRPG games. Also related fantasy items such as Scrolls, Ink writing kits, treasure chests, many unique props and adventuring gear, for collectors, game masters, or just people who want this stuff =D.
We might even do a drink line of potions, so you could order them by the case for your LAN parties and MMORPG parties. Everyone could drink potions ;]
Also very affordable GOLD COINS, about $50 for 100 Gold Pieces, cheaper by the bulk. Not real gold of course, but these are actually METAL, they make the nice clinking noise you always hear in the games ;]
About the Potions, You may think, its just water in a bottle right? I challenge you to find these type bottles.. find the right size and shape, its VERY difficult. You will NOT find them elsewhere. This is as close as you will get to the classic ones you see in all RPG games.

Since you are selling drinks Do you have a permit or whatever stating that you have a health rating.
I mean I would like to know what I drink isn't just coming from a local well that has not been inspected.
If you want to drink them, then i would have my mental health inspected

Although I like your theme and everything... Wouldn't you be begging any game ever made to sue you over intellectual property abuse?
Maybe its not covered because i dont think any game has sued another game for having the same color potions but you certianly couldn't sell diablo potions.
I like the idea but i just don't see generic potions being "cool enough" to buy. Perhaps you could convince a certian game to let you use a brand... but it just seems to me I could make a generic product like you, because it would have to be generic... Isn't it just a beaker filled with koolaid?
Also, I dont know if I want to drink something that some guy made in his basement... No offense but for all I know you also make (a certian drug that its often made by indivuals using beakers and such) and wouldn't accidently send a contaminated vial? LOL
BUT I applaud you for bringing this idea to light and I wish you the best and certianly hope you find a way:)
The best route I see for this is some sort of DnD deal, Serious roleplayers that might want to drink a potion along with their character or something.
On a side note why would you actually reply to a post you feel is spam, not only are you just "spamming" a reply but aren't you are giving it a bump allowing it to affect more folks?:p
talk to ebgames about this being included in a pre-order/collector's edition bonus package for upcoming games? If you do this and get a deal i'm sueing for royaltees for stealing my idea fyi. Just so you expect it.
I have had professional pictures made up of my main for every game I have played and have added a halberd and a few swords to the home office as well. I'd buy things like this if high quality and affordably priced.

You'd have to get some neater/more unique items. I mean, you're right, I could make a "healing potion" myself with water and food coloring once I found a neat bottle someplace. And no, I'm not particular enough that it has to be exactly that sort of bottle. Though decorating my room to look like an MMORPG is a mildly disturbing prospect. I mean, wearing a cape is one thing but...
Sadly, that'd mean talking to the individual game companies.
Just don't fill up the mana potion bottle with antifreeze....
