upgraded account not processing

Hey guys, i upgraded my old trial account (the one attached to my AO account) and it is not processing (stuck at pending). I got the Tortage survival pack (had a bunch of item bonuses) anyone know why it isnt activating? the account is still showing as frozen
This really is not WoW/EQ where Gear makes the man. Here in eVE, the man with biggest balls, willing to risk the most, will win. It is risk/reward here- not always wear best items 24/7 and beat the crap out of all else.

Did you just buy the upgrade?? With FunCom you have to wait a good 30 min or hour after the purchase till your acount is fully active. Someone said that Funcom take some extra precautions to validate accountholders as real players. This is apparently one of the reason for why you are not getting too much Gold BS hassel ingame.
