I need a list of MMORPG's that feature player housing

I need a list of MMORPG's (PvP,Free,Beta,etc.) that the player has the ability to build a house. I know one MMORPG and it is Star Wars Galaxies. What else are there?

    I am sure I missed some. Those are the games that I have played and am sure have player housing.

    Also, AO [without expansion] only has minimal buildability [if any]. You need alien invasions to get the whole "build a city" features. If you plan on playing AO, buzz me. I have a copy of AI I could give you.

    Asheron's Call has full housing if you have the Dark Majesty expansion.

    EVE should have "housing" ,sort of, in the expansion.

    I think Ultima Online has the best housing out off all the MMOG's. The custom house designing tool is great. Also the ability to move and modify your furnature, decorations, etc. is a big plus for alot of people. No longer does you house look just like everyone elses.
