Jeez.. I recall readiung about money and Starvault......issues and money being taken when it should had not.
I thought I'd give em a chance and pre-orderd last night via paypal, I even have the confirmation

Last night account said "ACCEPTED" for game, now it states FAILED.
Whats going on???????
Am I going to have to go through paypal and get my money back and forget playing this game, don't wanna start having money problems with a iindie games company!

People in here really can't help you with transaion problems.

As about your problem. I think i remember some people with problems like this and they were resolved cotacting SV, something you already said you did.
Its a sign.... Get your money back.
You'll still feel ripped off even if you get the game to work.
