question about PVP server

in World of Warcraft
the open pvp, its Horde VS alliance right? i mean i will never see two dwarves killing each other?

    Only if they agree to /duel each other or a priest from the Horde uses their mind control ability.

    There are evil npc dwarves. Besides that you can fight to the death in STV, or in the Gadgetztan arena's.

    so basicly in a open pvp server, the only way for 2 alliances members to fight each other is if they both aggree?

    you have to agree to duel for two members of the same faction to fight or go to the arena and be on opposing teams (i think thats right anyway) .. i haven't made it to the arenas to fight yet but i'm pretty sure you can fight people from the same faction that way. you can also duel across the factions which doesn't require you being flagged for PvP which may be preferrable depending on where you are.

    You cannot in fact, "kill" a player through a duel, only get them to 1 health, there used to be a bug a while back that made it so that a DOT would remain on a person and would kill them.  The exact time ago the bug was fixed, or acknowledged, I cannot remember.  However, there is a place in World of Warcraft where you can kill members of the same faction.  Just one place.  It is Called Gurabashi Arena.  Even then, you have to flag yourself for Free For All PvP in the arena by typing /pvp.  By doing so, you have PvP enabled yourself.  In order to fight and or kill someone of the same faction, they must flag themselves for PvP as well.  This applies to all server types to my knowledge (my charectar is on Destromath, a PvP server.)  However, there is one last-sneaky, way to kill someone in a duel.  Simply go to Gadgetzan, duel someone, and lose on purpose, after you lose the winning dueler gets slaughtered by the guards.  You have to love those buggy as hell monsters.
