Star Wars Galaxies: Rage of the Wookiees Expansion

IGN has posted details on the next expansion for Star Wars Galaxies. The next chapter will be entitled Rage of the Wookiees and will open up the Wookiee planet of Kashyyyk as part of the universe. Other new features will be included, such as asteroid mining.
Not a lot of details at this moment, but the expansion is currently slated for a May release. It is also reported that two products will hit the shelves: the expansion and a combo pack that includes Rage of the Wookiees bundles with the original game and the Jump to Lightspeed expansion.

This is great news, though i really hope its more then planet Kashyyyk, Mining asteroids and cybernetic body parts. We havent heard much yet so i think it will be much more (I hope). If the realease will be in May maybe they realease Combat Upgrade at the same time, couse they will only have ONE beta test that includes both Expansion and Upgrade.

It seems like they only threw in the cybernetic body implants because it'd be easy to do and add another feature to their still very small list.
And yes, if I'm not mistaken I think they did announce that the combat upgrade and Kashyyk expansion would all be beta'd together.
I was referring to their very small list of features for an expansion they expect us to pay $24.95 on, Fion. It's a very valid argument. I wasn't referring to the game itself.

Well, I hope this expansion adds some new PvE-endgame for SWG. With the CU some of the old palnets will probably be hard group-level content again, but we have been through all them a dozen times over so they hold no secrets. A really hard PvE-planet with a new spacezone that is hopefully open PvP between rebels and Imps (there is a blockade going on after all) would be really nice.
