Thread title basically says it all.
Also, if you would like to comment on what you are currently playing and why, feel free to post!
**Disclaimer**
Since I can only have 10 choices, some of the larger, more popular mmos could not be listed indivually. Just make do with the list, but add the name of you title in your post.

Hmm, "Nothing" is tied with "Lord of the Rings"
Makes me wonder where the 12 million WoW players are... ICC?
Farming Badges over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over for items so they could farm more badges over and over and over and over and over like lemmings.
Playing: Rift, LotRO
Waiting on: GW2, BP
I will try The Old Republic. I'm not going to pre-order, but I'll buy a copy as soon as it hits the retail shelves.
Last time I did that was WAR, and I wish I'd waited for some reviews, but screw it, i'm going to buy TOR as soon as it releases.
Not playing anything now.
Enjoying the game instead of coming here to complain about it perhaps?
A little MMO and a lot of Xbox goes a long way heh. Loving LOTRO, just can't get myself to play it more then off and on.
should have added Vanguard to the list OP, just for the fact quite alot from this site made a guild there.

IF THE ONLY DEFENCE FOR CRITICISM OF A GAME IS CALLING SOMEONE A TROLL OR HATER, THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE GAME
Yeah, it looks like VG could have possibly beat the snot outta STO
warhammer online click where?
Voted other, which is VG. Technically also on the last few days of EQ2 and CoX.
I haven't got anything I am too nuts about right now. Going to give AOC another shot for a month.
When SWTOR comes out I will definitely give it a shot. Looking forward to something I can play because I am interested in the story and this may deliver.
DDO, GW and SecondLife. So, “other”.
DDO and GW are just for short-term, but SL is a regular. I usually subscribe to two or three at a time, but not a whole lot going on with the types of mmo’s I like. Waiting on Black Prophecy for at least a short-term (to replace GW), and maybe looking into EVE again after I drop DDO, as I need at least two long-term really, though would prefer a terrestrial setting. Most mmo’s are really geared for short-term play now, so I’m mostly floating in deep space as nothing is even announced for something with long-term playability.
M59, UO, EQ1, WWIIOL, PS, EnB, SL, SWG. MoM, EQ2, AO, SB, CoH, LOTRO, WoW, DDO+ f2p's, Demos & indie alpha's.
If you havent yet, you may want to check out Perpetuum Online, its somewhat of a terrestrial EVE, but in Mechs instead of ships. For some reason the site seems to be down atm, at least i cant get to it, may want to try later, but here is their beta blog:

At the moment I am Beta testing an MMO, I do not count that as playing. Having no finished MMO to play at the moment I play Warband a sp/mp game.
What if I'm playing more than one?
From a company based in Hungary? I’ll look into it, thanks.

Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
AoC again. It fits better with my work schedule than the OTHER game I was playing, which pretty much demands that you never leave the keyboard.
Which reminds me, WHY isn't Toontown on the list? eh? eh? List is biased..

Age of Conan for me as it's the only game worth the money right now. Attention to detail, an attempt at a higher level of interactivity, sheer level of immersion far outweighs the other MMO's on the list. I also agree that it's a game that doesn't demand you pull up a recliner and camp out on your computer for 16 hour game sessions. It has "enhancement items" that can be bought as a pack but I don't support this practice although it's better than the nickel and dime item shops. I do support however the sale of extra server slots and name changes and things of that nature as those aren't tied to any game lore and do not effect the experience of anyone else paying the subscription fees. It would make far better MMO's if players boycotted the item shops and forced developers to actually develope the game over time with sub fees like they are supposed to. It's like a staring contest and the players are losing.

Back to playing VG til something similar, but polished comes along
Age of Conan is more popular than Wow here??? That sounds weird to me.
I play EQ2 and AoC.
Global Agenda
Ah, I have started with it again, and I have to say, if it were polished, there would be nothing out there that could touch it.
"Gamers will no longer buy the argument that every MMO requires a subscription fee to offset server and bandwidth costs. It's not true you know it, and they know it." Jeff Strain, co-founder of ArenaNet, 2007
WTF? No subscription fee?
Im not playing anything at the moment. i have my fingers crossed for the rest of the year
