easy to level up

some pve

3D

pvp isnt THAT laggy

easy to start and pick up

clean UI

something that can run on a 6600video card (my friend is cheap -.-")

Sounds like Guildwars would be your game. I would get the 3 for the price of 1 package deal so that you have all of the skills/classes available.

The PVP is instant, fun, and there is no grind. You can only bring 8 spells into combat out of hundreds perhaps thousands to choose from and it is very fun creating different builds.

Agreed, GW sound slike your best choice, especially if you actually want instancing./dungeons, since the entire game takes place in instanced missons/zones where you can just worry about working togethe rwith your friend to get things done, and you can also jump right into the PvP with a PvP character and not deal with the PVE aspect, or create a PVE character and do it all.

uhh my friends dont wanna play it since they dont wanna pay -.-"

BOI looks pretty good what are your guys' thoughts on it?

you might want to give Lost Saga a try.

Your probably not gonna like BOI. I've been through alot of F2P MMORPG's with the same expectations you have listed there and honestly your not gonna be completely happy with any F2P's. However, there have been a few that I thought were really good quality MMORPG's for the price (free).  Try looking at these...

    - Allods Online (Really good quality MMORPG with the largest budget of any F2P game)

    - Perfect World (Definately an asian MMORPG but it kept me hooked for quite a while and the playerbase is HUGE)

    - CABAL Online (Not really my favorite but for some reason it's kind of addicting)

    - Atlantica Online (Turn Based playstyle may not be your style but this is a pretty good quality MMORPG overall)

The list could go on for quite a while but thats pretty much it narrowed down to your expectations. You get what you pay for.

allods looks like they just copy pasted WoW...i think ill try it out :p

my friends graphic card cant handle PW >.>

tried it when it was open beta, all the maps are too small + the pvp is dum -_-"

not my style at all =/

Ok well if your "friends" graphics card can't handle PW then it probably won't be able to handle Allods. I did a little lookin around last night trying to find a new MMORPG that suits my taste (it's like an addiction) and I found something called Forsaken World. It's not out yet but closed beta starts soon, either way this game looks absolutely amazing! I'm definately gonna be playing this when it's out and if it's as good as it appears to be then this game will probably be what both you and I are lookin for ;). Heres a link to the website:
