I want a game where I chop someones arm for example, there will obviously be a flesh wound and blood will drop, arm will be chopped off ect. I want to be able to chop a head off and see a pile of blood while the head spews blood.. Enough of this kiddie crap, i want a mans game.

Me too, but I want it to be mechanically sound.
With that in mind - know what game had directional attacks that target limbs, got a lot of praise all around, and never got emulated? Eternal Darkness.
I for one have been biting that style for a while, in many aspects, across many of my game concepts. The combat though, is something that needs to be ported over. All you need is a flashing indicator of what limb you are hitting, as well as which one incoming attacks are going to, and that is a good enough moment to attempt parry/blocking in that direction. Man that was a good system.
Another combat system I'd like to be brought over into MMOs; Kingdom Hearts.

Fatalities in AoC have this.
Bit more realistic ok i agree but a mans game, are you some sicko that say when no brutal violence your a no man or you just want a game with real man that love killing with blood and gore lol ?
This reply is nothing personal its just reaction (mans game) it made me laugh normally those who want that or say, cry and whine most:P
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.
Yeah, but there needs to be a system where you can keep going, sans that limb. At least until the bleedout timer finishes, but a "flesh wound" don't mean it's over.

Yea, I've been wanting a no-holds-bar game with plenty of bloody mechanics. Specifically, It would be GREAT to have a really good "solid" Horror Genre MMO to go along with it. But that's just my wish lol.

yeah agreed. Loose an arm keep on trucken. loose to much blood screen goes blurry (maybe) and then you die. survive the attack be sure to heal the wound before you bleed out. pick up your arm head to the nearest doc to sew it back on. Forget the arm and choose from a nice line of prosthetic limbs for the small price of 50000 credits. Damn... this game sounds rad.
Like these or this, or maybe more like that?
Most games are struggling to have character customization in. I think you would have to give up so much of this for that feature.
The finish blow on Age of Conan probally the only thing you'll ever get for arms cutting off.

In UO, we used to be able to chop players to pieces and display their severed heads in our homes (player name included), but the devs took it away
It was so cool
M59, UO, EQ1, WWIIOL, PS, EnB, SL, SWG. MoM, EQ2, AO, SB, CoH, LOTRO, WoW, DDO+ f2p's, Demos & indie alpha's.
You have to be careful though, when using lot of blood and dismemeberment, it is easy to slip into a juvenile 14-year-old power fantasy. I think it is hard to take a game seriously that has that level of overblown gore.
Your best bet is to turn the game into a comedic parody, like Evil Dead, a comedy-horror works well with ridiculous ammounts of gore. But using a straightfaced presentation of excessive gore and dismemberment will usually only appeal to the aforementioned 14-year-olds.
All men think they're fascinating. In my case, it's justified
Let's be honest, most "mature" things only appeal to the ridiculously immature. People who have any real maturity will look at things like that and shake their heads.
Played: UO, EQ, WoW, DDO, SWG, AO, CoH, EvE, TR, AoC, GW, GA, Aion, Allods, lots more
Relatively Recently (Re)Played: HL2 (all), Halo (PC, all), Batman:AA; AC, ME, BS, DA, FO3, DS, Doom (all), LFD1&2, KOTOR, Portal 1&2, Blink, Elder Scrolls (all), lots more
Now Playing: None
Hope: None
I actually lol'd in real life when I read this.
I seriously hope this is a joke and you are sarcastic.
You want a real man's game? Be a dad.
Violence, gore, nudity... more juvenile and too immature for any self respecting adult.
So being a dad to you is a game? I dont care if it will attract a younger audience also, more money for the company. Kids always want what the adults like to do (Remember when you first started smoking as a kid?) I love violence blood gore and nudity, I watch porn all the time, great stuff, bring me a game!
Well then I suggest you go out and play a game called "Hack Up MY Neighbors With A Machete".
Mind you the penalties for being a PKer are pretty steep.
Oh and it has permadeath.
