Extremely Impressed So Far

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

I have never played this game before but after seeing that mmorpg.com guild and reading a post on the pub i decided to give it a shot and boy am i happy that i did. This is definitely looking like my new game for a long time to come and this is coming from someone who has played practically everything. To anyone looking for something fresh I HIGHLY recommend doing the trial and giving this game a fair shoot.

     I can't get over the feeling that my character feels detached from the game world.  It probably has something to do with the crappy animations.

     

    For example look at how crappy the sounds are... not even in sync with abilities...

    I am just returning, and I still feel totally immersed into the world with my graphics turned way down. So i am very very happy with the game =)

    Wife and i started the trial about 3 days ago. So far we are really enjoying the game and just upgraded our accounts.

    My wife & I started about 2 weeks ago and we are also having alot of fun. We are playing on the Seradon server and for the most part everyone is vry helpful and the community is great.

     

     The game is good, there are still some issues, mainly small glitches but for the most part i would also recommend that if anyone wants to try something new. Or like us try the game again it is worth it

    Might be because you started on the Isle, who knows. Personally I enjoy the animations which are subtle and realistic, unlike recent games where every character flails around wildly like a stuntman caught in Wire Fu.

    VG is a truly incredible game.  I played for over three years.  I hope you have a great ride.
