lmao mad expensive
How much does a BlizzCon 2010 ticket cost?
Each BlizzCon ticket costs $150. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who violates this policy.
I wonder if anyone is going to be left holding the goodie bag...
lol everyone wants to make easy money
They do this every year, and every year some idiot is scammed. I see them wandering around the front parking lot of th conavention ceneter looking for the guy the gave seven or eight hundred dollars to who isn't showing up.
A Fool and his money.
Well, I gotta make some cash for my flight down there somehow ...
For one more time let your madness run with mine.
Which means absolutely nothing. The only way to know who is selling their ticket is to buy it and look at the number when you get it. So unless Blizzard is going to buy up every ticket on e-bay themselves, there's nothing that can be done to know who bought their ticket where when they show up at Blizzcon.
Unless of course Blizzard wants to try to tie every ticket to the person and credit card it was originally bought by and with, and then deal with the fiasco when they have to make every person in line show their I.D, credit card, and ticket all together.
-Letting Derek Smart work on your game is like letting Osama bin Laden work in the White House. Something will burn.-

Not sure if it's true or not, but here is what was in the Info section on Ebay:
Blizzard advises that they will e-mail to the buyer a bar code approximately one month before the event that must be presented along with matching photo ID to pick up the corresponding badge at the venue.
Good luck with all that....
Thats exactly what they do.
Yep I have been to every Blizzcon and that is what they do they don't care how long it takes and if you don't have the card you purchased it with you ain't getting in period. They tell you this from the get go
Well I'll be damned heh. Then I guess the only thing to say to the ebay buyers is too bad suckafish.

You need, the bar code you get from email...the correct credit card that bought the ticket, photo ide MATCHING the credit card...and each ticket has a name on them that also much match photo ID.....good luck selling them
I hate scalpers, especially the really scummy ones that buy up limited stock on release.
Lost my mind, now trying to lose yours...
Normally I couldn't care less about BlizzCon but I am greatly looking forward to any info on Blizzard's new MMO. As much as I dislike the direction WoW took MMORPGs(namely away from UO) it still ranks as the most solid MMO ever released and so their next one should be one of the very few if not the only MMO to look forward to.
no you dont - you only need photo id matching the name on the barcode email, they don't check the credit card when collecting tickets
