I played the trial for a few days and enjoyed the game so I went out and bought it yesterday. I reinstalled the game (using the disks) and then I entered my authentication key online in my account page. I then updated my subscription to be "monthly recurring". Despite all of that, it still says I'm a US Trial account type. Also, when I log into the game, my character is still considered to be on the trial; I can't whisper fellow players and still have access only to the "Trial" and "Say" channels.
Am I missing something?
EDIT - I must have done something wrong, it worked fine after a GM added the authentication key himself. All is well.

it usually takes about 30 min from you update untill it is registered.

I authenticated it before I went to sleep, so it's been like 10 hours. I tried the forums, it won't allow me access; it says I need to upgrade my subscription status, even though it identifies my subscription status as "one month recurring".

Hmm, something must have gone awry when I tried to enter it myself. In any case, the nice GM in game helped me out by adding my authentication key himself, and now it's all working.
From the date of your post I'm guessing you did all this on the weekend. While the (a) GM's on duty 24/7 their billing department keeps regular hours just like ours do here in the states. On top of that I've noticed a lack of 'get 'er dun' attitude at F/C. I'd be more inclined to say if nothings changed by Wed. contact them.
