Post Bot-locations here!

TriMoonTriMoon Member UncommonPosts: 57

This thread is only for posting locations!
As we all know we cant post playernames on forum because "whaa they might get offended", as if these botters give a crap about their accounts...
Anyway to not violate the rules and still publicly show the magnitude of botting, and at same time give the GM's locations to visit:

Post locations of botters you spot ingame in this thread like this:

  • Server: Feonir-PvE
    • Map: Celestine Cavers
      • (3269,3531) name "tmen13"
    • Map: Tabazra-Desert
      • (2862,2049) name "Rouie"
      • (2575,1991) name "EviLDacZXIII"
      • (2890,2124) name "Jemanyak+Rainne7"
      • (2862,2152) name "xSoONx+JiaWei"
      • (2983,1898) name "DeusVeneficus"
      • (2521,1967) name "Lock0nStrat0s"

Try to post the "return spot" of the botters if you can by just following them.
Also please keep this thread clean of discussions about the problem of botters, because there is another thread just for that.

Also update your own post when you find more spots, that way the thread stays clean...

*note*
This is a modified version of my original post, because the mods didnt even want to be bothered by a public listing without player-names...
Luckily we dont have restriction of player-names on here.

Well thats all for now, 3M

    Question ??

honestly what could listing bots and bot locations on a site outside the game fix? The non-existant ingame support cares not one fig where the bots are or how many are running rampant . we as player have no way to remove the bots for you , with out massive edit to the client that inturn would just get the game savior a free ban .

tho its great you want to help rid the game of its bot infestation i can see no instance that this post would in any way shape or form help reach that goal

It will at least give an indication to new players that are interested in this game by this company "Gpot", how they handle things.
It also will put pressure on "Gpot" to actually get their ass out the closet and do something for the players that buy from their cash-shop.

On their own forum's they have to power to lock/delete threads that bring negative advertisement in terms of possible income, and thus hide the fact for the new customers.
That's also an indication how much they care about their current customers.

Things like "have patience" and "report via email only" are just candy-bars in a "damage control" scenario that they are pursuing...
The more experienced gamer has heard these kind of jokes before...

    *edit*
I just got an "Board warning issued" on their forum for "Avoiding Topic Lock".
I could only LOL, for a few minutes :D

I agree,  its all good that you are trying to help the situation but Gpot isnt interested in doing anything with your info.  I have EMailed the names and locations of around 8 bots so far and they are still there even though the last name I sent Gpot was 7 days ago.  All they really have to do is drop into Ruins of Algon Temple and watch for a few mins and they will have more then enough bots to bann.  This game was a fun ride for three weeks but thats porbobly all they will get out of me.  I have been working to become viable in PVP but have been stoped short by Gpot themselves.

I am just very happy I never got around to spending money in the Cash SHop.  There are other games to play and books to read so I dont need to bang my head against this wall anylonger.

lol in aika they are so easy to pin point, just mention it in the game where and what server see what happens to the bot

i did this and surprise the bot died very quick ,probably a gm killing them .espacially bad since these bot tend to farm world boss!(silkroad starting area anybody)

silkroad as the same issue on the europe side there is a beach where you leave for the other shore !that area is anting with bot

literally there is 10 bot per npc on the beach there!

they are farming something but i couldnt say what!not xp thats for sure!

The bots are still all over the ruins of Algon.. so many you have little chance of killing a mob.

why cant they just ban bots.

  • hooptyhoopty Member UncommonPosts: 788

Huh..Just mention the name Gpotatoe..Most players stay away from them and wont play there games..I guess the new players are finding out the hard way...

Some people rob you at gun point..Others will rob you at "Ball Point Pen"

totally agree. At least this warns new players how badly it is managed. hopefully other aika versions wont be this bad

i remember ragnarok valkyrie.. that was a MASSIVE bot town. they should have aika for non NA players too!!

I don't know much about Gpotato but for now I'm going to have faith that once beta is done bots and spelling errors will be taken care of. Besides, I've seen 3 bots and they're not even in popular areas so it's not like they're causing huge problems.

If they dont want you to post about botting on their forums, then this only means that they dont give a shit about them, and posting here wont do any good either.
