Hi, I don't know why but I appear to have a problem trying to log into my account to set up the subscription, I can remember my user name and I always know what passwords I use but for some reason I can't get in. So I use the recover password link, I put in my email address I used for my account and it says there's no record of it? I haven't been playing LotRO for a long time now so I thought they must of removed all the inactive accounts, I tried making a new account, but every user name I use it won't take it like I use RudyRaccoon first, fails, then I backwards it, still fails. What the hell is going on?
I don't know what's happened but Code Masters (who do the account stuff for Europeans since I am from England) seem to be broken, I mean how can you have no record of my email address since I already made an account before?
God, I was so looking forward to getting back to LotRO and so I get this problem. Any suggestions what I should do?

I have all my account details, but when i in COG account management, I dont have the option to resub,
would have thought they would love people to pay sub before they go free , 72 hours and still no decent support from online.

I have no real idea, but maybe they stopped taking payments for the game until the f2p phase?
I'll try to log in tommorrow and see if I can.
It's scheduled maintenance, they are suppose to be back up at 10 am eastern.
But I just looked at the OP's date and that doesnt really help him. Lotro support aint bad at all, so go through the main Lotro page and send them an email/ ticket.
They will get you hooked up, more than likely.
