According to a number of websites Bethesda had some secret suprise for E3. Yet, I have heard nothing other than stuff about their game The Hunted. Was there any suprise revealed, will there be anything more from them?

Pretty sure that was the surprise... a new game.
No... No... It has to be something Elder Scrolls or else depression may set in...
Wouldn't really be much of a surprise then, since Bethesda is only the publisher, not the developer.

my thought is the surprise was that fallout mmo got its own website......
Except, again, that's not a Bethesda developed game.
My question to the OP is WHICH people and WHICH websites were supposedly reporting there being a Bethesda surprise as fact? Do any of these people have links of Bethesda themselves saying there would be a surprise at E3? Or is this just more idle rumor?

Don't remember the original site I saw it on, but one was Fudzilla, and I also read another place showing that Bethesda put down suprise for their listings in the E3. Soo if it was just a game they published The Hunted, then that is indeed a really lame suprise.
If you can get the site to load, read the disclaimer at the bottom. Apparently this is a teaser site for the upcoming Fallout-MMO.

there was a Oblivion mmo rumor a while back. kinda like darkfall , i think since darkfall came out and was close to there game play they kinda sat on the idea.
Yes, Bethesda owns the Fallout license. The Fallout mmo is being developed by Interplay ( unfortunately ) and published by Bethesda. Bethesda isn't developing it ( at least not until Interplay fails and Bethesda has to take it away from them, which I hope is very soon after release ).
I'm sorry, but that's laughable. Not only is Darkfall nothing like the Elder Scrolls, but Darkfall would be the last game that would make Bethesda think twice about making their own. And I know you meant no ill will, but for mentioning The Elder Scrolls and Darkfall together as if they were equals, you should now wash your mouth out ( or at least your typing hand ) with good strong lye soap.

Seeing as there is practically no info on the next elder scrolls game I say the surprise will be an Elder Scrolls mmo. I mean its perfect. In every game in the series we got a different region on the giagantic world created by the devs...these are a perfect candidate for expansions.
Yeah, but they only problem is they haven't announced anything at E3 that would qualify for a suprise yet.. If they meant Hunted, then that's a fail.
Bethesda IS a developer, but they are licensing NetImmerse (Morrowind)/Gamebryo(Oblivion, FO3) game engine (Emergent Game Technologies). All game asserts, story line etc. were created by Bethesda. Moreover, they have significantly modified the original engine.
FO3 technically has nothing to do with previous game versions, title, story line, etc. was purchased by Bethesda.
Zenimax Media, parent company of Bethesda, has opened an MMO division a while ago.

Well... Only problem is they didn't announce this at E3 lol the suprise was supposed to be at E3. I know, I've read all of the stuff about the MMO. And if it were engine updates and stuff that's cool, I just don't think they would of labled that as a suprise for the E3 convention.
Except that the article says that they used leaps of logic to come to the conclusion that they were making one.

The article is probably outdated, sort of rumors, unclear intentions, PR. The fact is that they have MMO division and some MMO plans. What engine they are going to use is also unclear: home made, Gamebryo (there are several MMOs based on it, but unlike Unreal and CryEngine it has not that developed networking support), LightSpeed (“advanced” recent Gamebryo), or something else....
