LF skill based MMO Not pvp based

I am looking for a skill based game other than Darkfall,Mortal online,fallen earth or swg looking for more pve oriented game with decent crafting system and a decent player base.
Must have a vendor or auction house and housing would be a bonus.
Must have decent graphics.

    Well arguably any game could be skilled based. Afraid to say your best bet is wow.

    Wow Picard with a silly comment, you dont usualy see that. When he says skill based he means nonlevels which is the retarded norm these days. All I can say is sit around and wait for FF14, thats the first triple A MMO in ages that will be skill based allowing you to change between all the proffesions freely and almost no PVP for the Devs to fuck up the game trying to Balance around liek happens to everything else
