buying a new comp?
planing to replace my old computer to a new one thats able to play any newer games like FF XIV,tera and SWOTR.
if anyone know a good built for a computer thats at least $1,000 ( can go a little higher) and thats able to play most games in high settings and able to play newer ones. would apprecated if you can link me some builts for a good comp.

As a very educated guess and due to the Japanese system requirements for the alpha system seem to be something like:
OS: XP SP3, Vista SP1 or Win7
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo (2.4Ghz), AMD Athlon x2 (2.4Ghz) or better
RAM: 1.5Gbs for XP / 2.0Gbs for Vista & Win7 or More
Hard Disk: 10Gbs (20Gbs with Installation Files)
Graphics: nVidia GeForce 8800 (512Mb GRAM), ATI HD2900 (512Mb GRAM) or better
Audio: DirectSound Compatible (DirectX 9.0)
Internet: Constant Broadband Connection (I’m guessing recommended 2Mbs or better)
Display: 1280x720 (32 Bit Colour)
DirectX: Version 9.0c
So therefore i would recommend a PC that looks something like:
OS: Windows Vista with Updates or Windows 7 (i think that there will e DirectX 10 effects that you would not be able to experience on XP since it does not support DirectX10)
CPU (Processor): Any Intel or AMD that has 4 cores or more however i would recommend an Intel Core 2 Quad or an Intel i7
RAM: 4Gbs+ of either DDR2 or DDR3 memory type with frequency of 800Mhz+ i think
Hard Disk: I would not get any "Caviar Green" hard disk since they are extremely energy efficient and therefore not as fast, instead i would recommend a hard disk that is 250Gbs+ running at 7,200RPM or more
Graphics: I am an Intel and nVidia fan so my response would be an nVidia GTX260, 275, 285, 295 or any from the GTX400 series however an ATI Graphics Card that is from the HD4 or HD5 series would also be great APART FROM HD4350, HD4550, HD4600 and possibly not HD5450 (However i think that the HD5450 might still do the job at a struggle)
Audio: As for the audio any on-board sound would probably do the job however i would recommend getting a cheap 5.1 or 7.1 audio card unless you have on with surround sound built onto your motherboard
Internet: If your still with Dial-Up, your in trouble so get a broadband preferably with a high download limit or unlimited. The test your speed at (speedtest.net) ant anything over 1.5Mbs+ should be fit for any game however if you get 5Mbs or more it would be better.
Display: I would recommend a display that supports at least a resolution of 1280x1024
DirectX: Don't worry about the DirectX since most games install it themselves however if you get an error saying something like "Runtime error direct3d.dll" or something similar when you try and launch a game, then search in Google and download DirectX9.0c
PSU (Power Supply Unit): It depends however i would get one that is 550 Watts plus and just to be safe a 600Watt one, however it is down to the graphics card and whether is requires 1x 6-Pin Connector, 2x 6-Pin Connectors or 1x 8Pin-Connectors to whether you will require 1, 2 or 4 molex free Molex connectors.
Conclusion for PSU, one that is not too cheap with 600Watts to be safe especially if you have a really new graphics card since they suck in the power.
Motherboard: Don't be fussy and if you buying and already built computer you don’t need to worry too much, but i recommend one that has:
-A PCI-Express x16 slot
-A few PCI slots
-Has 2-4 RAM slots with either DDR2 (that supports 800Mhz and hopefully however not necessary 1066Mhz) or DDR3 memory interface (which supports 1333Mhz, 1600Mhz and totally not necessary 2200Mhz)
-Supports the CPU type since they support either AMD or Intel and they support different types:
/For an Intel Core 2 Quad processor you need a motherboard with and LGA775 socket
/For an Intel i7 processor you need a motherboard with a LGA1156 socket that also supports Intel i5 processors
/For an AMD Phenom x4 you need a motherboard with a AM3 Socket
/For an AMD Phenom x6 you need a motherboard with again an AM3 socket
-Also SATA ports would be required for SATA Hard Disks

is the built good for newer games from 2010 forward or do i need a better upgrade?
and can somebody plz link a good intructions on how to built a PC cuz the ones i search for kindle got confuse on some stuff >.>
I think that, that is a an excellent build and that you should be more than fine for ages but the problem is that at the moment there is a big jump on high spec demanding games. Having said that, the build is awesome and if it does not do the trick than i will have a major problem with my pc. You should definately make it as long as you have the $$.
P.S. Dont forget the optical drive

motherboard is all you can really ask for, the black edition cpu is something that you really cant go wrong with and on top of that the graphics card is something that would really get your friends jealous
um what u mean by optimal drive ( sry my computer skills is limited) and do u know of any guide on how to built a PC (seem like people just don't LUV me)

Sounds like you need to buy a prebuilt computer based on your limited knowledge. While building a computer is fairly easy, the 1st time you may need someone with some know how to show you.
The 1st time I built one my buddy came over and helped. I have built my own every since, but doubt at the time I could do it on my own.
My advice= build if you have someone to help a bit, buy one if you dont.
Not trying to be rude by any means, but if you dont know what an optical drive is then building one yourself will be difficult I imagine.
