    I ordered through apb.com after I canceled my order with gamestop.  Took several hours to get my codes delivered, but I did eventually get them.

    I'd say steam might be the most reliable way to go.

    Gamestop really mishandled this game.  You only get the pre-order stuff if you order on line, screw the customers that walk into the store.

    I've only preorded one game through steam, STO.  I think I got my code right away, but it has been awhile and I'm not certain. 

    Amazon may also be a good way to go.  Whenever I've preorded a game from them, the code as appeared nearly instantly in the digital library.  You just need to navigate to the right place to retrieve the code.

    If you preorder are you given a download link and a code or do you have to wait for a physical disk to be delivered?
