I absolutely loved the boating aspect in Darkfall, but I didn't like how it took forever to get effective at pvp.
What other games have boating similair to darkfall?(I don't mean one person per ship, I mean like 20 people I'm not looking for POTCO lol)

There's Pirates of the Burning Seas, and then Dawntide. I'd imagine PotBS isn't what you're looking for, you want something where you play an avatar for most of the time but can also hop on a boat and control it. Controllable boats are rare in MMOs...
Puzzle Pirates
from the AAA games i would say probably vanguard
UO has boats! Sort of.
Sent me an email if you want me to mail you some pizza rolls.
Vanguard has boats but it's not really a pvp game.

Florensia i think
Allods Online has flying boats, and player-manned crews, where different players have different roles (steersman, navigator, repairs, gunner, etc).
Old, but still playable, DAoC has boats that carry several players.
Every MMORPG is AWESOME, until it's released!
I don't want a game so much as I want a WORLD!

Kingdom Heroes (http://kingdomheroes.aeriagames.com/) has awesome naval combat. If you are in a guild, you can get your boat license around level 40 or so. This will let you pilot boats that your guild has in its arsenal. You can get everything from small skiffs to huge warships. I've been in 2 naval battles so far (I am mainly a cavalry guy) and they were both very intense.
The first one was ship to ship combat. We took on two smaller battleships and ended up winning. Those that survived the sinking of the enemy ships then tried to swim over and board our ship so it turned into a cool hand to hand battle. The second and last one was an enemy ship was going under a bridge so I jumped down onto the deck with my horse and ended up fighting all of the crew (5 members) in hand to hand. It was pretty spectacular because they attacked in me 1980s Ninja Movie Mode (1 attacks, 4 others do nothing until that first 1 dies).
We even have entire guilds dedicated to naval combat like the Imperial Navy apart of the Shu faction (Liu Bei, the green guys).
Dawntide is probably your best bet if you can get round some of the bugs, its come quite a ways in the few weeks since its open beta start. Two boat models right now, and the boat system is hardly fleshed out. The models are probably the most detailed I have seen for player boats, and they aren't really difficult to build.
