what color should I dye/highlight my hair?

I'm getting sick and tired of this "dark brown/brandy"

I was wondering if you guys had any (serious) suggestions of what you think would look good...

dying/highlights, whatever you think would look good, and whatever color

I just need a change

 

here's a picture of what my hair currently looks like , I guess it can help in deciding...

    the bleached tips thing?

    I just keep my hair in the messy look anyway...so I don't think tips would work properly anyway

    grow it long, and then do wat i do, use sum texturising gum(garnier fructis) and put it over 1 eye, i think that looks cool, my hair isnt long enuf for that tho

    i dont think murt would be able to pull that off as a prep.... im telling you man the chicks will flock like the salmon of capistranna if you get high or low lights and grow it out .. surfer style
