hi has anyone actually downloaded, and subbed to this free trial ?

every time i use this code thats given on the website and try to apply it to my account it keeps crashing with,
Error on Request and then asks to go back to account page. So i tried to sub using my Visa card only to find my master account has only the option for Prepaid codes. WTF !! why is it impossible to log on and sub to this "FREE Trial " lol

You either have a freak accident or you're doing something VERY wrong because I don't know anyone who has ever had an issue with the trial.
I'm having the same problem bin trying to make an acc all day now ,the 14 day trial,it does not work
