Intresting. Good to know. Will definately sign up for BETA.
Finally!!!1!
Exactly what the MMO community craved for so many years!! Another Flashy Asian Anime OG!!!
/EDIT/
Forgot about F2P. OMG!!!!
Better to be crazy, provided you know what sane is...
Just what the doctor prescribed, another yawn....
I'd rather wait for FinalFantasy and go Pay2Play than buy consumables in this ItamMall based nonsense.
Rofl another one... they make them like it is a mass production item Just a diff name and light engine tweak and voila nr 2541452 come through
Concidering F2P there are very little mmorpgs worth playing, 1 of them is atlantica online for its unique gameplay
SOSDD (sam old !@#$ different day)
The tainting of various cultural icons into some over-stylized Asian counterpart. Who knew Lancelot integrated animal styles and weapon play alongside his code of chivalry??
....
This makes me sick. The very least they can do is stick to the motifs of any name they belch out. Not just tag it to some random kung-fu artist with a perfect, unmarred face.
Wait, so people are complaining like it's a new thing that horrible MMO's are coming out all the time? Woah, no way. I would have never expected this much... overwhelming... complaining.
Meh, there hasn't been a good MMO in 5+ years. F2P, P2P, or B2P.
Well normally I'd agree, watch the trailer...
They turned Fenrir into a Furry... They turned THE MOST badass animal of all mythologies (in my opinion) into a god**** furry!! He brought about Ragnarok for Odins sake!
The concept reminds me of Atlantica Online....

Games Tried: TCOS, 12sky, 12Sky2, Rappelz, LoA, GO, HO, GMU, Warrock, TR, PWI, SotNW:GE, PotC, EVE, MxO, PotBS, KO, HO, 9Dragons, LotRO, DDO, L2, Maplestory, Second Life, CoX, GW, EQ2, Ryzom, WoW, Planetside, SWG, FE, Aion, Allods, CO, etc
when read this? a little bit speechless
More sites basing a game off of a map scenario I helped create on SC and WC3? Gee.
Wow... That trailer has left me speechless... I mean, I don't know what's worse, the metrosexual Dracula who looked like he belongs in Twilight anime, Fenrir dancing around like a fairy or Lancelot who looks like a freaking girl! Wait... Beowulf doing kung-wu with a chainsaw?! WTF... And why is Erik the Red riding a goddamn hippo while looking like a fat dwarf?
I hope that these people burn in hell.
Eh, I got more of a "Castlevania" vibe from Dracula's style, somewhere along the line of Alucard's style in Symphony of the Night.
Doesn't excuse the absolute absurdity of it all. Now that I think about it, Dracula was probably one of the more normal looking characters in that video.
Hey, I can't disagree with the absurdity, like I said, they Turned Fenrir, the wolf who starts the end of the world, into some damn furry..
was just saying Dracula didn't have a Twilight Vibe (wasn't sparkling from what I saw), and yeah he seemed the most... tame and reserved. Do have to admit though, I sort of like the design of the first character shown in the trailer, Yi-ha, or Yi-sa, yeehaw... whatever...
lol you mean Sima Yi? He was an ancient chinese general. I'm not sure if it was standard practice for chinese generals, at that time, was to prance around like Tinkerbell.
One thing i want to know though, is how the hell do all of these mythical and historical figures from all over the world and time know kung-fu?
I gotta say, that was one of the coolest trailers I've seen in a while. But to add to the aforementioned absurdity of character recreation: Erik the Red.....in a bathing suit......riding a Hippo. Ummmm. Yeah.
I want a mmorpg where people have gone through misery, have gone through school stuff and actually have had sex even. -sagil
This reminds me of being in Egypt and seeing 'officially licensed' sports wear like a Cincinnati Dragons NFL jersey...
And dam that cat woman had huge tracts of land.
Oh great the ultimate grind a lot company has a new grind a lot game. Tried enough Aeria games to know they are all alike, I highly doubt this will be any different. Probably has gender restrictions on the classes.
Eh who knows, I did find the prancing odd, but the design was probably the only unique one that seemed to fit. Catgirls are cliched, much more so when used in the whole "seduce" idea, Beowulf is just aweful, as is the Erik The Red.
And hey, at least it seems like Dracula doesn't know kung-fu thankfully, rapier is a pretty classy, non-kungfuey weapon.
