14 days welcome back offer available in Europe ?

I got an email saying the game would be playable for free for 14 days from the 6th july ( I'm in Europe) so i though cool I'll reload it and have a look and see what the games like now. Unfortunatly I can't log in . Does anyone know if its active yet ?

    i have an EU account as well.

    and just checked and my account is active. installinn now. ill let you know if i have any problems

    Yeah my account says its active as well but cant log in and play .

    aa i got it.. you have to do

     

    loginname_eur

     

    when you log in... appernatly that is supposed to work...

     

    at least looks like i am pathcing right now.

    Yeah it really is . Bit silly to advertise something and not be able to deliver it . They could at least put a notice up on the Warhammer Europe homepage if there are having problems .

    Nope did 'nt work for me .

      • A majority of your account information will be the same. You will however need to update your e-mail address and secret word at the time of transition.

      • Your actual account name you will use when logging into the game and the account center will be your existing account name with the suffix "_EUR"; for example <ACCOUNT NAME>_EUR.

     Read through that all but nothings working for me . Tried logging into the account centre on homepage on the link given that does'nt work either with or without the suffix . Can still log into the European site though . Think I might just give up they should have made it a lot easier than this . Seams a bit of a mess to me . Perhaps the new European servers arn't live at the moment ?

    I just tried to log and for me it's working and some patching started so mythic's servers are up.

    I also tried to log in on official website  https://accounts.eamythic.com/ and it's working.

    Maybe try to contact their support @ support@warhammeronline.com

     thanks . I ve emailed them . Definatly somethings gone wrong somewhere in my case .

    no probs here installed logged in and patching one thing I couldnt do though is actually transfer my chars to a server keep getting a timeout error.

     

    considering i ended my sub to WAR within 30 days (only ever done that with WOW and WAR) Im not holding much hope for it anyway but might as well take a look back whilst free

    Well contacted customer support and today I've been able to get in .Unfortunatly they've managed to delete my two highest level characters a level 32 rune priest and a level 27 squig herder . Honestly I've never come across anything like this in any other mmo. They seam to actually put up barriers to disuade you from returning . Contacted customer support again I'll let you know how it goes but even if I do enjoy my returning experiance I would'nt subsribe again after this .

    I solved my problem. For some ( I think for people with long usernames) you put _ alone and not _eur. Leave out the "eur". It worked for me.

    Right if there's more than 19 characters in your account name you only have to add _      "loooooongaccountname_"

    I recieved an email in responce to my account and transfer problems saying they were aware of the issue and working on it . I now have access to my account and transfers . Unfortunatly from in game chat it does nt appear everyones problems have been resolved as yet . There been a few people complaining that these should have been resolved before the 14 day trial was offered . I think it may have put a lot of people off . Still I'm enjoying playing my Squig Herder .
