HELP from those in closed beta.

I got into beta back in Alpha but I never received an email telling me this. Or maybe I did and it got lost in junk mail. Well ive been receiving emails from the beta operations department.
The first one was
"
As always, we would like to thank you for your continued participation in the
FINAL FANTASY XIV Alpha Test.
The dates and times of the Eleventh test will be as follows. (All times are PDT: GMT -7:00.) "
They listed all the times that we were available to access the game
Test Contents:
- Synthesis
- Gathering
- Party-Based Battle
- Loot System
The next email was about Beta Test Client Download Availability.
"We would like to extend a warm welcome to all testers, and thank you for your participation in the FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Test.
The date and time at which the installation client for FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Version will become available for download has been decided.
Client Availability: Friday, July 2, 2010 from approximately 1:00 a.m. (PDT)
Details regarding the precise dates and times of the upcoming beta tests will be announced in the near future.
We humbly ask new and veteran testers alike to enjoy their time in Eorzea throughout the beta test, and we look forward to receiving your feedback!"
The last email that I just got was one confirming the closed beta start date on July 10th but of course I have no idea where to download this client or where or how to set up my beta account.
I tried to contract support but they tell me they cant help me. These emails dont look like phishing emails to me. Not one contains any links what so ever.
Anyone know of any live support phone numbers I can call?

doubt anyone will be able to help its Closed beta and no one will talk with the fear of getting kicked out. plus if they had a phone # to call they would be getting millions of calls a day so i doubt they have a # to call for closed beta sorry man
I just checked my account and indeed the account is registered for beta... grrrrr i wanna punch a wall lol since I could be playing this tomorrow lol

Dude2k8 you should probably edit that link out of the quoted section of your last post. Lest the mods here do it for you and there may be a warning or ban slapped on as well.

first of all it is sad that they are obviously not taking beta testers wit hany seriousness,since they just send out auto responses.If they were actually responding to postive feedback on the game and system,they would reply to those individuals,auto emails is lazy and lame.
Secondly,you HAD to have an account to be able to register for beta,so you have one for sure.I cannot see anything to be gained by any phising sites,this is not an y meaningful registered accounts,that could amount to anything.
You should have received a client download link when you got confirmation of beta aceptance.
If not then all i can think of is the RMT are trying to scam people for beta access ,so they can start working on bots and cheats.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
I do have an account with square. It dates back from the original FF MMO. I must have missed the beta acceptance email and deleted it by accident. Shame since I missed the apha testing phases because of it. But I got it all sorted out now. cheers
