Wow. When I saw Neverland, I thought Peter Pan. 2D chinese fantasy? Psh. No thanks.

Rofly so I clicked on the key site to go look at the graphics. If you like pourly done anamie, with scantly clad female toons that have big puppy dog eyes. Then this would be the game for you.

I used to visit this site a lot however in recent years it has become the home of negative forum posts, illogical opinions and tantrums so I visit less often.

Well they are probably violating someone's copyright using that name. My guess would a lawsuit soon to be in the offing.
@ozmodan probably not. Peter Pan is waaay out of copyright, and I doubt Disney has a good claim on Neverland. There have been major adaptations of Peter Pan in several other movies and a major Broadway play. So it's not even an issue of fair use; it's public domain. Regardless, for example, if I were to use, say, Princess Jasmine, to refer to a variety of jasmine I'd bred to sell as a botanist, Disney would have no claim because it's unrelated to their property. (That might not keep them from trying!) If the game looked just like the Disney movie, they might conceivably have claim. So long as it's a reference to a land that never was, there's no legal issue.
