Quality of Voice Chat?

in APB: Reloaded

I'd like to try APB, but the quality of the "verbal environment" of any game is a deal-breaker for me.

My question is:  What is APB's voice chat like?  Are people generally fine, or is it a homophobic/racist/sexist cesspool?

If it is bad, can you easily ignore people without degrading play?  Or is it possible just to rely on text chat?

    wouldnt this all depend on the people you choose to form a guild with? personally ive never used an in game voice chat for anything other than a situation where the guild vent/ts went down. i would sugeest getting in a guild with people who share the same values and use a third party voice program.
