I don't trust the benchmark.. only gave me a 2000 with quad core 2.4 / 4 gigs and a geforce 8800 ultra.. yet the benchmark actually seemed to run with no lag or noticable problems of any kind.. yet only a 2000?
I definitely don't trust it. I got something like 7888 the first time. I tried it again and got around 900. I was like wtf and tried it one more time, then got around 800. That doesn't make any sense.
if you take that 7 out of the equation then it suddenly makes sense.

You graphics board is holding you back...
I've got a dual Core 2.4 /4 gigs combined with a 8800 GTS 640 and i barely make 1460.
Hardware requirements for this game are steep, this is the way it used to be in the MMO scene before WoW. But then with those over 3 year old systems we have its about time to upgrade. When you find a game that needs more juice from your system its time to upgrade your system.
Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

Pretty sure you got 788 then 900 and finally 800.
You know what I think it was? I must have left it on low graphics the first time. I just tried it and I got around 1900, so maybe I mistook the 1 for a 7? Dunno why tho.
I have a similar setup to nightblazerr.
Core 2 Quad 2.4 GHz, 4 GB Ram, Geforce 9600 GT
I know it's not the best, but I would've thought my score would be better than 800-900.

That sucks, lol... I guess if I do play, I'll have to put the settings on low until the PS3 version is released.

My system is older than you with a amd x2 4200+ (2.2 ghz) 4 gb ram and an asus 7900 GTX and i got 972. But still my 3d card was at his time a top card (paid 700$). Now the card still give me good performance but the end is near..
Anyway i will not put my trust in the benchmark. I will try the game before thinking of upgrading.
Ran the benchmark again wishing I had beta... this time I only got a 1859 on high >>
err I was running firefox and steam duhh gonna clear out some dust and try again with those closed...
1855 with things closed... >>
There's a free ware program called "Game Booster" that I use when I record videos. It does a really good job clearing up a lot of your systems resources when you need to get everything out of your comp that it can offer. It will show a list of every process you currently have running and you can disable each and everyone (without having your computer go all nuts). & after your done you can just open the program again and go back to "normal mode".
