Got in beta but I have problems now

in Final Fantasy XIV

I went to support to get my account info , and lost password, but it keeps saying, my password lost recovery info and secret question is wrong which I know it is not. I tried to send support email and such and , for additional help, and there forum keeps looping instead of sending me help, has anyone had/have this issue  or know how to contact them.

 

Also is there a forum for FF that the game works with .an official one.

    If you read the e-mail, it says you won't be able to login until tomorrow. Everyone is getting the same error right now.

    I did read the email, didn't know it still would say wrong info etc...  I wanted to be sure if you read that anyone else was having this same issue...

     

    Thanks for answering but the smart a$$ comment wasn't needed.

    I guess I phrased it wrong, since I wasn't being a smartass? I was just saying if you didn't read the e-mail all the way, it's easy to get confused. A lot of people didn't, including me. Right now if you're getting an error about your account not being registered, it's normal.

    If you can log in here

    https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/login?cont=account

    Then you can log-in to the beta test site sometime tomorrow.

     

     

    Now if you can't log in to that site

    Make sure that you apply case sensitive letters right in the answer to the secret question.

    Using LOL is like saying "my argument sucks but I still want to disagree".

    I signed up so long ago, what spots did we need to do this, just the first letter or others?

     update I just got an email from them , they said I should be able to atleast change password now and I can't so there is a problem still hoping they email me back with teh fix, I can't change password and it says my secret question is wrong.

     

    So back to the case senstive thing which one needed to be? I know some are the first letter.

    All that you might have typed in big letters. Usually the first letters ya, but could be more depending on your answer, Idk?

    I had the same problem, secret answer is Case sensitive, be aware.
