I have some questions.
What type of game really is Guild Wars? I meen I went the proffession section and I saw each class only has about 5 skills.. does this guy name revolve around character spells?
Is this game going to stick with 1 time pay to play? or is it going to charge monthly?

They haven't actually posted the skills database yet on the official site, since it's still changing pretty frequently. Several fansites have compiled lists though.

or here: The Guild Hall
Scroll down on the left and find the heading "Professions" and then select one to see the skill list. There's around 100 for each profession.
No monthly fee. They will release expansions every 6-9 months.
