Two Questions

in Final Fantasy XI

I'm thinking of trying this game but before I commit to it, have 2 quick questions.

1) I heard a rumor but can't find any validating proof that this rumor is true. They cut the price in half, and it's only $7 a month with $1 per character. Is this right?

2) Are there any English-only Speaking servers?

    1) I haven't heard of that rumor, may be so, may not. I'll have to ask some people.

    2) No. There are no English-only servers. Sorry.

    1. Its still the same price, I have never heard a rumor of price being cut in half. 2. No, there are no english only servers.
