I think Final Fantasy XI can be played without a mouse. I know FFXIV will be playable without a mouse. I'm pretty sure you can use a controller for either, also.
FFXIV, suppose to have really sucky mouse support so while it might have mouse support it is bad at the moment so you might want to give it a go. Hell even WoW you could play with out a mouse which I did for a while cause I had a bad wrist, so very minimal mouse was used in WoW for a long time for me.

almost positive you can play just about any mmo out there without the use of a mouse...the mouse just makes things 500x easier.

Dragonica, if you have any game controller, you could even use an Xbox360 or PS3 controller if you have one or the other.

I think you can play Maplestory without a mouse. I used to use a controller to play it. But it's like 99% keyboard so I'm sure it would work.
