World of Tanks devs are introducing medium tanks in the latest video produced by Wargaming.net. These medium tanks are the 'jacks of all trades' in WoT. They can accompany larger tanks and protect the slow moving behemoths from enemy fire. They can also ram smaller tanks utilizing their superior size.

The footage demonstrates epic in-game clashes of WWII era armored fighting vehicles giving a glimpse inside medium tanks tactics in battle! and highlights combat characteristics of legendary T-44, VK 3002 (DB) and Panther units.
Medium tanks perform a wide array of task on the battlefield that range from protecting artillery and convoying allied units to staging instant flank attacks and capturing the enemy base being the main assault power of the team.

Over in EVE all my alliance mates are buzzing about this game.
Its a good game, I'm driving a pz III/IV at the mo which is a medium tank. It's great for school runs and parking is never an issue. Seriously though, it is not an mmorpg but it is really good fun. recomend it.
This game is exactly like Global Agenda, Huxley Online, and Crimecraft. It is NOT an MMO, however unlike all the games I listed above this is ONE game i'd recommend for launch.
However, I'm on the fence with this game atm until I see the pricing option for 2500 "gold". You can purchase a month long "premium" account for 2500 gold. Premium accounts are essentially what a P2P model uses if it has a cash shop (similar to 400 points for APB's month of unlimited play). The only difference being "premium" accounts have +50% xp and credit gain per match, a MUST for anyone going for tier4+ tanks and not wanting to grind like they're from korea !

Having a different opinion must mean you're a troll.
You don't really need to grind all that much for T5 or even T6. Play intensively for a week and you'll end up in a T5 tank. After that the costs do skyrocket, but why wouldn't they? Is an MMORPG (I know WoT isn't one...) good, if you can unlock the best gear within your first weeks of play? I doubt it.
"They can also ram smaller tanks utilizing their superior size."
Right as if tanks ramming other tanks do anything lol. What are the chances of a tank getting close enough to ram an opponent in the first place? Just another FPS with some skills attached.
It's pure PVP and combat is a lot of fun. Damage simulation on tanks is enough to make sense to aim carefully. Good fun, promises to be a great game.
