Can you preorder Standard edition for goggles

Hi, was wondering can you preorder both Collector's and Standard edition just for the goggles. I plan on buying the Collector's Edition but I was wondering if I could just preorder the standard edition just for the goggles and would I get the code before I get the collector's edition release

I'd imagine you can, but that's a lot of money to pay for a single in game item.
If the code is entered seperately from the game key (which there is a good chance it will be, but don't count on it) you may be able to find people selling the codes on auction sites which should be quite a bit cheaper than preordering the full game.
preordering the game only costs 5 dollars. I dont plan on buying the standard edition
Nope; you can only get one or the other, the items are hard coded to that version's key...you don't get a code to input...

From what I've read, the goggles have limited charges on them anyways and are more designed to help catch the Standard Edition people up to the CE people, since they get a 8 day head start. Don't quote me on that though, I could be wrong, =P.
I got a solve to this, just pre-order both, and which ever is crappy on the forums here after release, then just choose that one and sell the other one you dont use, if its collectors edition, it can only go up in price as the years go by.
