I like the way they handle these "reveals". It adds a certain personality to them by having actual people from the team sit down and take time to tell us what is what. I think I prefer this to the normal artwork + wall of text + animation reveals that seem to be the norm.

Now if they would just get around to sending me my beta invite...............

The game is sounding better and better. I just hope they played Champions to learn what not to do. And I hope they learn what to do from City of Heroes and go beyond that. City of Heroes itself goes beyond its self with each update, but I think DCUO has a chance to actually compete with it unlike Champions.

I agree- the DCU people have handled publicity and reveals masterfully.

In total contrast to the fellow-Austinites over at Bioware with the new Star Wars. The DCU people seem very friendly and the sort of folks I'd like spending some time with while on the other hand the Bioware/Star Wars people seem to be saying "Aren't we cool-come worship us"-just  really irritating-does Bioware even care about my opinion?

I agree. I like these reveals.

And shapeshifting like Beast Boy and Martian Manhunter! Yowza! I feel the game will be quite fun. :D
