Aion's End Game
Is there any? I don't want to keep playing if it's only PVP. Anyone done any before? Let me know thanks!

Take a look at the Reviews & Critiques section of the Aionsource.com forums. From what I've read there is an end-game dungeon of sorts, however it doesn't seem that AION has any familiar end-game content beyond that. Again, this is from what I've read. (I'm one of the folks who pre-ordered AION, watched the absolutely terribly launch and support, and did not create an account because of it. I've followed AION's progression after it's launch, here and there, but I'll never play it.)
(1)TL:DR must be your way of saying that thinking hurts. Then again, this may explain why it looks like you responded to the post without using your brain.
(2) It's not about community, is it? You just have nothing better to do.

If you want end game content thats not PvP in Aion you are best to wait for patch 2.0 which should be out in the next few months. Other then that Aion only has a few mid 45-50 dungeons and one primary 50 dungeon. All of them are 1 group, not raid/alliance type content.

Hardest boss (from an instanced, pure PvE dugeon) in the game
Very, VERY few have killed it.
Aion is half PvP half PvE. You can avoid one or the other but you're not as well off if you do both.
Actually he hasnt been lied too.. Everyone said there is pretty much one instance at for end-game, which there is, and its Dark Poeta.. The boss you linked is a boss in Dark Poeta.. The one end-game only instance in AION.
