Minimum requirements

Open world at the minimum like WOW (instanced dungeons)

Graphics like WAR (this is negotiable depending on quality of gameplay)

PVP like darkfall

PvE like DDO

Anything come to mind?

To the caterpillar it is the end of the world, to the master, it is a butterfly.

    The games worth trying are:

    EQ 2

    Anarchy Online

    World of warcraft

    EvE

Atleast that is what I think, so give it a try if you havent. I am currently very bored and I think we are all waiting for

    next mmo to come out.

My pick would easily be Runes of Magic , F2P with a cash shop but the good part is that it isn't really cash shop dependable to have a great gameing experience.  With 20$ you can easily get a mount and other goodies which is great.

If your in for monthly fees then my favorite pick is EVE-Online.

Games to avoid at all cost :

    Anything Gpotato (Aika for example)

    Anything related to Atlantica online

These companies have a way on making new players have a great start but at mid / end game the gameplay changes drastically and requires you to put a crap load on their item shop.

Runes of Magic is by far one of the most legit F2P games out there with no gimmicks. You can do daily quests which gives you tokens and with the tokens you can buy some of the cash shop items without having to put any actual money , which is great and wallet friendly.

This has to be the funniest LFG post I've ever seen.

Gotta have the best of the best of the best, or nothing at all.... right?

Go ahead and throw in the crafting of SWG and the population of WoW with a mature community like EVE. None of it's ever going to happen (at least in the foreseeable future), so why not just dream really big?

There are alot of games out there that are worth a try because of different things they bring to the table, but not a single one meets a single one of your requirements.

    Right now, not much.

Can only wait for some of the new releases and hope one of them is better than what has come along lately.

At least SC2 just released for PC and Civ5 will be out next month, better than nothing until then.

Wow. Talk about thoroughness over the feature list. I should keep this thread bookmarked, because if there is such a game and it gets posted here, I would definitely would want to be in the in-the-know list.

    Seriously.

But then again, it doesn't hurt to hope for the impossible. I wish you the best of luck searching for such a game. And when you do, I'd like to try it out, too.
