Im thinking of getting this game for my nephew. Looks like something he might enjoy.
WOW isnt great because it has 12 million players. WOW has 12 million players because its great.
My nephew is 4 and LOVES the Clone Wars cartoons. He'll be all over this like white on rice!
game does look like it might be good for a kid, but then again they already said they are targetting the younger audience with this one. Good thing it is f2p, i can't imagine anyone paying SOE for this, especially when they have p2p games out there, swg in particular , that they can't even seem to manage properly.
Hell Lucas probably should too for that matter. Maybe it's just me but I've got like five nephews and none of them are as familiar with Star Wars as boys of our generation were. while they have seen "jedi" before most of them have never sat back and just watched any of the movies and could give a sh!t less unless I put on the scene with Lea in the dancer outfit.
I would guess Star Wars does still have a childrens market out there somewhere but I just don't see kids getting into it like we did when it was fresh and new and even now most of the Star Wars products I see even being paid attention to are by and large the things interesting to those of us who grew up o nStar Wars.
but yeah, to call this game Fantastic is like calling Twilight the Godfather of vampire movies....
heh, my niece is also a fan of SW clone wars tv show and she is 4 aswell. Not sure If I could get her to play this game, but I doubt my brother wants her on his computer to begin with. I may suggest it to him , though.
Agreed. Next we'll be seeing Jawa bounty hunters and Ewok Hutt slaves, complete with Slave Leia garb...
