Folks wanting to get in on Global Agenda will want to check out the digital sale. Normally priced at $39.99, Global Agenda is now on sale for $29.99 through the Hi-Rez/Global Agenda store.
1) Game is a fun, persistent FPS that takes some skill to compete in
2) The game is fairly polished, in my time playing, I've not run into any bugs or lag bad enough to affect game performance
3) Most importantly (to me), is that the developer identified that the game did not have enough content to justify a subscription, was honest enough to admit it, and continued updating the game to justify the game price. At such point as made sense, they would then start charging a sub price. Then, showing a bit of wisdom and common sense, which is all-too-rare these days, they have decided to throw out the subscription model, and go with an expansion model, like Guild Wars.
4) Items 1-3 above inspire a sense of trust and respect in me for the developer, which makes me want to support their business
My two cents; it's cheap enough to try out, and develop your own opinion.
This game gets old quick. Like any FPS, if you enjoy the multiplayer aspect, it'll be worth your time. However the limited amount of story/missions really define it as something else. I had a hard time swallowing the MMO aspect of it as truth. It's not really, but it tried to be.
Eh...It makes more sense at thirty bucks. I played the demo a while back, and couldn't play through it. I got bored and didn't want to play anymore. But basically because I didn't want to buy the game and subscribe, at thirty dollars it'll probably keep you occupied if you enjoy shooters. If you're more of an MMO person, don't even bother. This is more of an MMOG than an actual MMORPG. Like I said though, if you like shooters then you will like this game and I recommend committing thirty bucks...if you're expecting it to be an MMORPG, then you might as well go re-activate your WoW account.
They must be hurting or someting because they are constantly throwing sales at consumers. The content added since phase 2 is okay, they just need to take away the grind of the token system.

Box sales is now the only income, but hurting? They have gone for months not charging the subscription they planed on, and now, will never charge.
Gift horse, mouth, you.

I agree, this game is fantastic, and worth the time and money. It was worth it when I bought it for 39.99, so this is most definitely a great deal. I wrote a review recently on this game that outlines some of the new changes they made. Definitely a good buy.

A pretty good deal for a polished game. I've never gotten around to buying it, but for $30 and free forever, it beats just about any F2P out there.
He who keeps his cool best wins.
I agree. Know any?
