Twitch-based MMO - any suggestions?

Ive played over 20 MMO's, and i just cant really stick to one. I dont like PvE really, but i LOVE PvP.
Recently, i have just given up on MMO's almost, the more i try the more i am finding them boring. One of the biggest reasons is that im finding them too relaxed and dont need much concentration. Playing a MMO usually just makes me more tired and sleepy.

So, im looking for a more twitch-based MMO, other than Planetside, if one exists. I'd love to be able to get the enjoyment out of a good MMO with the need for concentration reactions and attention of a good old FPS like Counter-Strike.

If anyone has any suggestions of a twitch, or near-twitch MMO thats out now or coming out please let me know. My only hope of a good MMO to enjoy rests in Guild Wars (easy leveling to finally get to some good PvP thats as close as combat can get to twitch-based) and Auto-Assault (its twitch-based and requires constant concentration to drive your vehicle, just hope itll turn out as a good game in general).

    I understand vendetta online is more twitch based than other mmo's. Haven't played it though so I don't know if it's any good.

    JTL is twitch-based - but they need to fix the space PvP.

    Face of mankind is a twitch mmorpg. Its based on the asme idea as neocron. FoM is in open beta still since the devs have a number of things to work out. You may be able to overlook the faults if you want a twitch based mmorpg.

    Yup Star Wars: JTL is twitch.. And it's better than Jumpgate (which someone else mentioned). PVP isn't all THAT broken but it does have issues right now. They're working on it.

    Tribes Vengeance isn't a mmorpg.

    But i agree JTL PvP isn't that broken- if they can bring it into the galactic civil war then i think SWG will be the best mmorpg out there.

    The only MMO game with twitch-based combat (I think that is what you are looking for?) - that I have heard of is Roma Victor - a historical MMO based at the height of the Roman Empire, due to launch in the next couple of months.

    Asheron's Call has the best twitch based gameplay for a fantasy mmorpg I've ever seen.

    You can buy a copy of AC on the site for about 10 dollars. An expansion pack for the game will come out on May 11.

    Darktide is the full PvP server if you get on.
